We look for genuine, hands-on M&A experience at a senior level, as evidenced by references from previous clients. That means having operated in deal environments, not just advised from the outside. Our current roles include CFO, CPO (People), CTO, Head of Integration and M&A Director. We also have an offline bench of CMOs and CCOs, so if that's your background, get in touch and we'll let you know what's coming to market.
It's a series of short, skill-based assessments designed to map your capability in a PE environment, specific to your M&A specialism. We run these through our partner Dexta.io. Once you're accepted into the network, you'll receive a link to complete the assessment online. It's what allows us to brief clients on your strengths with confidence.
Now is fine. We can onboard you, complete your profile and set your status to not currently available, then switch it on when you're ready. Fractional pipelines take time to build and the best time to be in the network is before you need it.
Yes. TFA works with fractional leaders across the UK and UAE. Providing you can support UK companies, either remotely or with flexibility to travel when mandates require it, get in touch.
You contract directly with the client through your limited company. TFA works with New Legal, who supply NDAs and industry-standard contracts at no extra cost to be used between your limited company and the client. If you prefer to use your own contract, that's absolutely fine; we just ask for a copy for our records.
